PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection hole of a floor pan of a bathroom unit allowing a person to perform maintenance of a pipe installed below the floor pan from the inside of the bathroom unit without moving a bathtub from a bathtub installation part. SOLUTION: This floor pan 1 of the bathroom unit U installed on a floor surface in a bathroom space in a building skeleton includes the bathtub installation part 11 and a washing place part 12. The inspection hole 2 is formed in a section close to a peripheral fringe of the washing place part 12, and an inspection hole lid 3 is detachably attached to the inspection hole 2.
