<p>PURPOSE: A solar battery and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have barrier layers which have different density and a front electrode. CONSTITUTION: A rear electrode(110) is formed on a substrate(100). A light absorption layer(120) is formed on the rear electrode. A buffer layer(130) is formed on the light absorption layer. A front electrode is formed on the buffer layer. A high resistance butter layer(140) is formed on the light absorption layer. The buffer layer is a n-type semiconductor layer and the light absorption layer is a p-type semiconductor layer. The light absorption layer and the buffer layer forms a pn junction.</p> |
