<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric booster device, which is facilitated in assembling operation. <P>SOLUTION: The electric booster 1 includes an annular cup 38A, an annular plate 38B and an O-ring 38C between a booster piston 24 and an input rod 22, and a recessed portion 48 is formed at the distal end of the input rod 22 as a positioning part with the assembling tool 70 which is moved axially within the booster piston 24 so as to be fitted to the annular plate 38B and the O-ring 38C.
