<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for mounting a piezoelectric vibration element, which requires short mounting time and improves productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for mounting a piezoelectric vibration element includes:a first conveying means 210 for moving a piezoelectric vibration element arrangement jig XJ on which the piezoelectric vibration elements are arranged and stopping it at a predetermined position; a second conveying means 220 for moving an element mounting member arrangement jig on which element mounting members are arranged and stopping it at a predetermined position; a mounting means 230 having a first nozzle 231a and a second nozzle 231b for taking out the piezoelectric vibration element in the piezoelectric vibration element arrangement jig, and mounting it on an element mounting pad provided on the element mounting member; a recognition means 240 having a first camera 241 for recognizing the piezoelectric vibration element held by the first nozzle and the second nozzle, and a second camera 242 for recognizing the element mounting pad of the element mounting member; and a control means 250 for controlling the mounting means 230 that determines displacement of the piezoelectric vibration element from image data obtained by the recognition means 240 and corrects the displacement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
