<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foodstuff having a taste and a texture loved by anybody by using the skin of a sunfish. <P>SOLUTION: This sweet food is prepared by using the finely chopped skin of the sunfish and the fruit juice of a Yuzu orange.
