<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a veneer reinforcement material wood floor and a method for manufacturing the same, in which the external appearance of the same thickness as that of an existing material wood floor can be maintained by heat impressing and bonding phenol- or melamine-resin-impregnated paper between multiplex veneers after the phenol- or melamine-resin-impregnated paper is disposed between the multiplex veneers and in which a phenomenon that the surfaces of the veneers are cracked can be minimized since the force of the shrinkage/expansion due to the thin thickness of the existing material wood floor is not large. <P>SOLUTION: The veneer reinforcement material wood floor is configured to include a surface layer integrally formed by equipping with a plurality of veneers formed in a plate shape with a predetermined thickness and a resin impregnated paper formed between the veneers and by mutually and integrally adhering the veneers and the resin impregnated paper through heat impressing processing, an adhesion layer formed at the lower part of the surface layer to perform the role of a glue, and a plywood disposed at the lower part of the adhesion layer to be adhered to the lower part of the surface layer by the adhesion layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
