<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming resin product hardly causing separation of a surface cured layer by forming the surface cured layer by a foaming raw material. <P>SOLUTION: The foaming resin container has a foaming layer 36 with the foaming raw material foam-welded, and includes a melting cured layer 34 consisting of the foaming raw material formed on at least two faces of the container external, and an intermediate layer 35 having a foaming ratio smaller than that of a foaming layer intervened between the melting cured layer 34 and the foaming layer 36. The provision of the intermediate layer 35 increases the joint strength of the foaming layer 36 with the melting cured layer 34.
