<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet inspecting device for inspecting inclusion of different tablets in a PTP sheet manufacturing process which can improve inspection efficiency and inspection accuracy dramatically, and to provide a PTP packaging machine. <P>SOLUTION: This tablet inspecting device 12 includes: an illumination device 22 capable of irradiating with light, tablets stored in a pocket part of a container film; a camera 23 capable of imaging tablets in the range illuminated thereby; and an image processing device 24 for processing an image signal outputted from the camera 23. The image processing device 24 inspects inclusion of different tablets by performing, based on image data acquired from the image signal, a lump processing for recognizing a tablet, a rotation processing for rotating the recognized tablet about the gravity center as much as a prescribed angle, a differential area calculation processing for calculating the area of a non-overlapping domain before and after rotation within a tablet domain as a differential area, and a symmetry determination processing for determining whether the differential area is within a tolerance or not. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
