PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket enabling a film member to be well arranged, a method for manufacturing a gasket and a method for manufacturing an optical element using the gasket. SOLUTION: The gasket is equipped with a cylindrical body part (2) and a film member (F) arranged inside the body part (2), where the body part (2) and the film member (F) are integrally molded so that the peripheral part (Fo) of the film member (F) is buried in the body part (2).
