PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EGR cooler mounting structure which enables secure fixation of the EGR cooler and does not cause fretting even when the EGR cooler causes thermal expansion or thermal contraction. SOLUTION: The EGR cooler mounting structure includes mounting brackets (130, 132) extended in a vertical direction (CV direction) relative to a longitudinal direction (CL direction) of an EGR cooler core section (126) of the EGR cooler (100).
