PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exciter apparatus that can be thinned. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an exciter apparatus 1 which vibrates an interior material 2 of a vehicle to output a sound, and includes: a base 18 to which a voice coil 9 is bonded, and which is fixed on the interior material 2; and a magnetic circuit 6 for forming a magnetic field 8 by a permanent magnet 4 and a magnetic substance 19 incorporating the permanent magnet 4 in a space where the voice coil is disposed formed between the permanent magnet 4 and the magnetic substance 19. The magnetic substance 19 includes a cylindrical yoke 3 incorporating the permanent magnet 4, and a flange 15 protruded from an outer circumferential surface of the yoke 3, and the magnetic circuit 6 is supported by a flexibly deformable damper 16 binding the base 18 and the flange 15.
