PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mooring device of a flap gate-type breakwater, wherein by moving up and down a wire member connecting an expansion unit expanding and contracting in response to shaking of a rod member and a door via a pulley attached to a piston rod of a hook-attaching/detaching cylinder unit, even when the rod member expands, the expansion can be corrected and correction of the position of a mooring hook can be carried out in a short time. SOLUTION: In the mooring device 11 of the flat gate-type breakwater 1, the mooring hook 15 is attached to the engagement position of a torque shaft 14, which is disposed at the relative position to a gate-mooring portion 2d of the door 2 in the moored state with the gate-mooring portion 2d. A counter weight 16 for rotating the mooring hook 15 is attached in the direction of releasing the mooring hook 15 from the engagement with the gate-mooring portion 2d. Another end of the rod member 17 having one vertical rod 17a with a long hole 17aa on its one end and a globular bush 17ab on the other end is pulled out to the water surface via both conversion links 12 and 13 whose one ends are connected to the one end of a torque arm 18 having another end attached to the torque shaft 14 while whose other ends are arranged at a portion relative to a door back surface 2c. The wire member 24, whose one end is connected to the rod member 17 and the other end is connected to a coil spring 26 via the pulley 23 attached to the hook attaching/detaching cylinder unit 22.
