PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electrolytic water spray device which allow to easily carry out the replenishing of water to a water tank part, and to easily perform attachment detachment operation by constituting to attach and detach a spray mechanism part to and from a cylindrical water tank part and an cylindrical electrolyzing part and has a slime shape suitable as a portable device carried around in a handbag or the like. SOLUTION: The cylindrical water tank part 2 having a cylindrical appearance and provided with a water replenishing port on the upper surface of an intermediate part is arranged, and a spray mechanism part 4 is connected to the upper part of the water tank part detachably and water-tightly to open and close the water replenishing port, a power source part 3 is arranged in the lower part of the cylindrical water tank part, a cylindrical electrolysis part 5 including an electrode 6 to produce the electrolytic water is provided in the water tank part, the cylindrical electrolysis part is hung and supported from the spray mechanism part into the water tank part detachably to the water tank part with the attachment and detachment of the spray mechanism part and the cylindrical electrolysis part has a water flow path formed so that water in the water tank part flows-in from the lower part and the electrolytic water flows from the upper part to the spray mechanism part.
