PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular damper with a torque converter, whose elastic member can be arranged on the outer diameter side despite the united structure using a rivet and which can secure sufficient rigidity against centrifugal force. SOLUTION: A drive plate 34 and a side plate 38 only abut on each other at the outer diameter side, and the drive plate 34 and the side plate 38 are fixed to each other at the inner diameter side beyond a spring 40 only with the rivet 44. Portions 36-3, 38-3 using the rivet 44 for pressing the drive plate 34 and the side plate 38 onto each other are offset-arranged so that the outer periphery of the side plate 38 abuts on the drive plate 34 to form a step 38-1. Window frame portions 34-2, 38-2 of the drive plate 34 and the side plate 38 forming a spring storage portion 42 storing the spring 40 have edges whose whole peripheries form a vertical rib.
