The invention relates to an aircraft fuselage component (4) having an exterior wall (5) with reinforcing elements and having an opening (3, 9) in the exterior wall (5). The aircraft fuselage component (4) is designed as an integral fibre composite element, in which a reinforcing fibre lattice (7) for forming the reinforcing elements is arranged adjacent to the opening (3, 9) and the exterior wall (5), wherein the reinforcing fibre lattice (7) is integrally connected to the exterior wall (5) and wherein the fibre orientation of the reinforcing fibre lattice (7) is adapted to redirect loads around the opening (3, 9) and to divert loads acting at load application points at the opening (3, 9) into the lateral surface regions of the aircraft fuselage component (4).
