PURPOSE: A clamp for fixing a pivot arm of a sun visor is provided to reduce assembling processes by simplifying assembling components. CONSTITUTION: A clamp(80) for fixing a pivot arm of a sun visor comprises an external housing(81) and an internal housing(83). The external housing is formed by bending a plate(83a,83b) in a reverse U-shape and has an inner space. The internal housing is inserted into the inner space of the external housing. A space, in which a pivot arm is inserted, is formed on the top of the internal housing.
