PURPOSE: A cold water tank, which control a water level by using gas pressure, and an ice maker including the same are provided to freeze water with a cooling evaporator, which is located in a cold water tank, immersed in water by controlling a water level of the cold water tank. CONSTITUTION: A cold water tank comprises a tank body(200), a cooling evaporator(300) and a water level controller(400). The water flows in the tank body. The cooling evaporator is located inside the tank body and is connected to the refrigerating system. The water level controller is connected to the tank body and controls the water level by using gas pressure.
