PURPOSE: An optical catalyst yellow soil heating plate and a bed using the same are provided to obtain antibiotic and deodorization functions using an optical catalyst reacting to far infrared ray. CONSTITUTION: An optical catalyst yellow soil heating plate is manufactured by: a step of manufacturing an optical catalyst loess mixture(10a); and a lamination step for the lamination of the optical catalyst loess mixture. The optical catalyst loess mixture is comprised of titanium dioxide 0.2-20 parts by weight, yellow soil 5-30 parts by weight, aqueous adhesive 0.5-30 parts by weight, and water 10-30 parts by weight. An optical catalyst loess mixture board is manufactured by laminating a first crack prevention mesh(20a), a heating element, a second crack prevention mesh(20b), a copper gauze, and an optical catalyst loess mixture.
