<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single fuel cell capable of preventing cracks of gas circulation holes, and further, to provide a single fuel cell stack device using the same, and to provide a fuel cell module as well as a fuel cell device. <P>SOLUTION: For the single fuel cell 1 with a pair of overlapped parts A where a solid electrolyte layer 4 and an interconnector 6 laminated on a conductive support 2 have their both ends arranged piled up, a thickness of the interconnector 6 at the overlapped part A is made thinner than that of the interconnector 6 at other areas than the overlapped part A, thereby the cracks are prevented from occurring at the gas circulation holes 7 located at both sides of the conductive support 2 to improve reliability.
