<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which enables a developer side to preliminarily, efficiently grasp functional needs required by a user who uses electrical appliances. <P>SOLUTION: A matching aggregation server 100 preliminarily stores electrical appliance information and function information and transmits the electrical appliance information and the function information in response to access from a user terminal 10. The user terminal 10 displays the received electrical appliance information in a list form, receives a selection from a user for the electrical appliance information displayed in the list form to display the function information in a list form, and also receives a selection from the user for the function information displayed in the list form to associatively store, as selection data, the electrical appliance information for which the selection is received, and the function information for which the selection is received, and then transmits the selection data to the matching aggregation server 100.
