<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle door opening/closing device which improves the rigidity and space efficiency of an arm member connecting a vehicle door to a vehicle body. <P>SOLUTION: The arm member 32 includes a pair of arm side support wall parts 32a, 32b vertically overlapping with door side support wall parts 31a, 31b, and an arm side connecting wall part 32c connecting both arm side support wall parts 32a, 32b. The arm member 32 is turnably connected to a hinge bracket 31 with hinge pins 33, 34. A road roller 37 rollably mounted on the center rail is rotatably connected by a rotating shaft 36 to a roller support wall part 32d extended to the upper side from the arm side support wall part 32a.
