PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper device of a ground piano capable of enhancing performance of the ground piano by being easily adjusted so as to make contact timing of a plurality of dampers to bowstrings mutually same in releasing treading of a sostenuto pedal. SOLUTION: The damper device 1 of the ground piano 2 has: the dampers 20 moved to contact positions contacted on the bowstrings S by accompanying key release of corresponding keys 5 and moved to separation positions separated from the bowstrings S by accompanying key push of the corresponding keys 5; a sustaining tangent 31 composed of a soft metal and arranged on the dampers 20; a holding member 40 engaged with the sustaining tangent 31 arranged on the dampers 20 in order to hold the dampers 20 corresponding to key-pushed keys 5 when the sostenuto pedal 50 are treaded in, and separated from the sustaining tangents 31 when the tread of the sostenuto pedal 50 is released.
