<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an apparatus for manufacturing a light source device in which variation of laser light responsiveness is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The light source device manufacturing apparatus, which manufactures a light source device by adhering a laser device and a wavelength converting element that converts the laser light emitted by the laser device to laser light of a different wavelength, includes a first stage 3 that holds the wavelength converting element 1, a second stage 4 that holds the laser device 2, a power meter 7 that measures the amount of laser light emitted by the wavelength converting element 1, a photodetector 6 that detects the drive waveform of the laser light, and a controlling unit 8 that changes relative positions of the first stage 3 and the second stage 4 in such a manner that the amount of laser light measured by the power meter 7 is a predetermined value or greater and the drive waveform detected by the photodetector 6 falls within a reference range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
