PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a processing error caused by rise of an internal temperature due to loading a radio function on a compact portable equipment. SOLUTION: When the imaging apparatus is in a recording mode and a value detected by a temperature sensor is equal to or larger than a first threshold, a radio communication device is controlled so as to stop communication by the radio communication device, and the radio communication device is controlled so as to maintain a radio stop state during the recording mode.
