PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator device for suppressing resonance of a lens holder due to resonance of a print coil; and to provide an optical pickup device. SOLUTION: In the actuator device 3 of the optical pickup device 1, an adhesive for fixing is applied onto an outer peripheral part 9k of a side surface 9j of the lens holder 9, and a damper material 12 is applied to a center part 9m surrounded by the outer peripheral part 9k.
