COSMETIC COMPOSITION USING ALKALI ION WATER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic which can be produced without using a surfactant or a preservative and has better function than conventional cosmetics. SOLUTION: Alkaline and acidic ion water are obtained by electrolyzing raw material water in which a crystalline clay mineral is dissolved. The crystalline clay mineral is further dissolved in each of the alkaline and acidic ion water. Each of the resulting ion water is supplied to a predetermined electrode side and electrolyzed to produce alkali ion water having a pH of 12.0 or more. To the resulting alkali ion water, glycosyl trehalose, a polyol-based compound, or a vegetable oil and fat is added and stirred. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
