PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation system that can shorten the time until the moving distance per pulse of speed pulse becomes close to that of actual current value, and to provide a navigation device, a navigation server and a method of learning pulse moving distance. SOLUTION: A difference between the moving distance per pulse of speed pulse stored beforehand in a memory section and that per pulse calculated, according to the number of pulses in speed pulse detected between optional two places, and a distance therebetween is calculated and stored in the memory section; and the moving distance per pulse is corrected by statistical processings, on the basis of the difference stored in the memory section.
