PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that extremely much labor is required because the put-in/out of a sample is troublesome, and much work is required for preventing the occurrence of contamination. SOLUTION: This device includes a liquid film forming means for forming a liquid film by a surface tension of a sample liquid, a light projection means for projecting light to the liquid film formed by the liquid film forming means, and a light absorption amount measuring device for measuring a light absorption amount by the liquid film of a projected light amount. Though a comparatively small annular frame body is enumerated typically as a liquid film forming means, a forming means can be enumerated other than that, which is a split-constituted container where a liquid film is formed between both splits by being split while applying surface tension.
