PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve dry appearance in non-light emission, and to provide high pleasantness to a user in a planar light-emitting module. SOLUTION: A planar light-emitting module 1 includes: a transparent electrode 3 provided on a transparent substrate 2; a light emitting layer 41 formed on the transparent electrode 3; and a non-transparent electrode 5 provided on the light emitting layer 41. A surface facing the light emitting layer 41 of the non-transparent electrode 5 comprises surfaces having reflectance different from each other. Thereby, an amount of the reflection of external light incident in the module 1 in the non-transparent electrode 5 can be varied according to a portion of the non-transparent electrode 5. Accordingly, the planar light-emitting module in non-light emission provides no dry image only having low brightness as compared in light emission, and is excellent in pleasantness.
