CUTTING MACHINE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut and remove a cutting piece 8 remaining by projecting from an erected steel frame column 1 by an endless band saw 27 so as to restrain the projection from the steel frame column 1 as much as possible. SOLUTION: This cutting machine has a cutting unit 21 movable by dead weight along a guide rail 20 installed between an upper side support base 12 and a lower side support base 16 fixed to the steel frame column 1, and cuts the cutting piece 8 projecting from the steel frame column 1 by the endless band saw 27 in response to the descent of the cutting unit 21. The distance of the endless band saw 27 to the steel frame column 1 can be set by moving and adjusting placing bases 42 and 51 installed on the upper side support base 12 and the lower side support base 16 in the approaching-separating direction to the steel frame column 1.
