The invention relates to methods for diagnosing a stroke and the risk of suffering a haemorrhagic disorder after suffering a stroke in response to treatment with an antithrombotic agent. Said methods are based on the various fluorescent properties of samples taken from patients having suffered a stroke or displaying a risk of having a stroke. The invention also provides personalised therapy methods for said patients.
