METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING SYNTHETIC RESIN TUBE

PURPOSE:To obtain a synthetic resin tube with a irregular pattern by extruding a melted synthetic resin different in color in the circumferential direction of an annular die while turning the annular die about the axis thereof. CONSTITUTION:A colorless transparent melted resin is fed from an inlet 6a, a white opaque melted resin from an inlet 6b and a blue opaque melted resin from the other inlet. The resin fed from the inlet 6a is branched off into paths 71a-73a, where the resin via the path 71a is fed annularly to the outside of the side of a path 12 while the resin via the path 73a is fed to the inside of the side of the path 12. Then, the colorless transparent resin from the path 92a, the white opaque resin from the path 9b and the blue opaque resin from the other path are fed alternately in the circumferential direction between these transparent resins outside and inside via a channel 11a depending on the arrangement of a through hole 10a and the channel 11a. As the shaft 1 is rotated, a cylinder with an irregular blue-white pattern is obtained.
