<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the efficiency of the solar cell by increasing the incident efficiency of a window layer through a protrusion pattern, a first anti-reflection layer, and a second anti-reflection layer. CONSTITUTION: A light absorbing layer(300) is arranged on a rear electrode layer(200). A protrusion pattern is formed on the light absorbing layer. A first anti-reflection layer(710) with a first thickness is arranged on the protrusion pattern. A second anti-reflection layer(720) with the second thickness is arranged on the protrusion pattern. The first thickness is thicker than the second thickness.</p> |
