摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving a magnetic flux density and at the same time, a core loss characteristic of the steel sheet composed of a slab containing Nb. <P>SOLUTION: As the steel slab component, Mn, S, acid-soluble Al and N, and further, 0.001-0.015 mass% Nb, are contained and an annealing temperature of the annealing applied before the final-cold-rolling is controlled to &ge;900&deg;C, and successively, the cooling speed from 900&deg;C to 600&deg;C, is controlled to &ge;1&deg;C/s in the average, and the rolling-reduction ratio in the final cold-rolling is controlled to &ge;80% and the annealing temperature in a recrystallized annealing is controlled to &le;900&deg;C, and the time for holding the steel sheet to the temperature of &ge;800&deg;C is controlled to be within 600 sec. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
