<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based ink for ink-jet recording, excellent in light resistance and ozone resistance and excellent in colorability and bronzing. <P>SOLUTION: The water-based ink for the ink-jet recording, comprising a coloring agent, water and a water-soluble organic solvent, is characterized by containing a dye (1) represented by formula (1) [wherein, rings A<SB>1</SB>, A<SB>2</SB>and A<SB>3</SB>are each at least one selected from the group consisting of a benzene ring, 2,3-pyridine ring and 3,2-pyridine ring; at least one of the rings A<SB>1</SB>, A<SB>2</SB>and A<SB>3</SB>is a 2,3-pyridine ring or 3,2-pyridine ring; the rings A<SB>1</SB>, A<SB>2</SB>and A<SB>3</SB>may be identical or different; l satisfies 0≤l≤4; m satisfies 0≤m≤4; n satisfies 0≤n≤4; l, m and n satisfy 0≤l+m+n≤4; z is an integer satisfying 1≤z≤3; R<SB>1</SB>is 1 to 6C straight chain alkyl] and a copper phthalocyanine-based dye containing a sulfonamide and a sulfonate as the coloring agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
