<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corpuscle cell analyzer capable of evaluating the effects or the side effects of a drug, in a short time, and to provide a corpuscle cell analyzing method, and a corpuscle cell analyzing system. <P>SOLUTION: A measuring section 3 measures the complex dielectric constant spectrum of a suspension 2 containing one or a plurality of corpuscle cells. A detection section 4 calculates the dielectric variable and/or electrical physical property values of the suspension 2, on the basis of the measured complex dielectric constant spectrum to detect the state change of the corpuscle cell accompanied by the administration of the drug.
