<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound reproducing device which easily detects the existence of incorrect wiring of speakers. <P>SOLUTION: The sound reproducing device 1 has speakers S1 to S6 which reproduce a plurality of channel signals included in sound signals. Each of the speakers S1 to S6 is assigned a corresponding channel signal, but incorrect wiring that input channel signals and the speakers do not match well may occur.
