PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To respectively and independently adjust the rise time and the fall time, in a semiconductor circuit with a differential output drive circuit which outputs a differential signal to a pair of signal lines. SOLUTION: While output capacitors Ca, Cb are respectively prepared between a pair of signal lines 4a, 4b and a GND, first resisters R1a, R1b are placed in series in the respective signal lines 4a, 4b; and the signal lines 4a, 4b are pulled up to the power supply voltage by second resistors R2a, R2b. Resister value adjusting circuits Aa, Ab respectively adjust the resistance values of the resisters R1a, R2a; R1b, R2b according to the rise time and the fall time measured after mounting the semiconductor integrated circuit 1 on a substrate. Hence, it becomes possible to respectively and independently adjust the rise time and the fall time to make it compatible, even with respect to specifications requiring maintaining symmetry.
