PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation of paths 4 when assembling a support plate 1, an intermediate plate 3, and a support plate 2, when a number of U-like paths 4 are formed on the intermediate plate 3 in the intermediate plate 3 of a plate type heatsink. SOLUTION: A bridge 5 is formed at the intermediate part of the path 4, and a recess 6 is formed on the inside surface of the support plate 1 at the position of bridge 5.
