PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water pipe unit capable of reducing the depth of a recessed groove 51 formed on a back surface of a floor material 50 by suppressing the amount of heat radiated from a hot water pipe 20A to a space around thereof, and capable of enhancing the strength of a floor material. SOLUTION: The hot water pipe unit 1A includes at least an aluminum-made base material sheet 10 placed on an underfloor ground surface C, the resin-made hot water pipe 20A arranged on an upper surface of the base material sheet 10 with the prescribed pipe pattern, and an upper part cover 30 having a pipe storage groove 31 for storing the hot water pipe 20A and covering the base material sheet 10 in the state of storing the hot water pipe 20A in the pipe storage groove 31.
