PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stationary article with a blacked or dark-colored reverse side, such as a commemorative object or other displays formed by internally performing laser processing to a transparent or translucent material such as crystal glass so as to be applicable to various purposes, the stationary article being configured so that a laser-processed image can be easily discriminated without the need for a decorative stand having a light source. SOLUTION: The stationary article is a display or the like obtained by internally performing laser processing to the transparent or translucent material such as crystal glass, which has a blacked or dark-colored reverse side, and inclined side surfaces and a top surface which are formed to extend from the reverse side to the front.
