PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication system that restricts communication service to a mobile terminal, according to the current position of the mobile terminal. SOLUTION: A wireless communication system is constituted of base stations 1-3, that carry out wireless communication with mobile terminals 1-5 located in each communication areas A, B and C; and a wireless communication control apparatus, such as, a button telephone apparatus 10, that is connected to respective base stations 1-3 and that controls wireless communication operation with a communication partner; and the button telephone apparatus 10 searches for restriction condition registering table 14a, in which whether communication service to each mobile terminals 1-5 is restricted each for the communication areas A, B and C is registered in advance, based on the current position of the respective mobile terminals 1-5 that is set in a position information registration table 14b, and determines whether the communication service to each mobile terminal is restricted, according to the current position of respective mobile terminals 1-5. In addition, the position information registering table 14b is provided not on the wireless communication control apparatus side, but rather on the base station side, to determine whether communication service is to be restricted on the base station side.
