PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing testing device capable of reproducing white peeling of a test bearing with high accuracy and in a short time, and reproducing white peeling of any of a rolling element and rolling surface of the test bearing. SOLUTION: The bearing testing device, including a roller bearing for testing consisting of an inner ring; an outer ring, and a plurality of rolling elements; a housing for securing the outer ring of the roller bearing; a rotating shaft which is inserted and secured to the inner ring of the roller bearing; a pulley attached to one end of the rotating shaft; a rotational driving means; and an endless belt which transmits rotational force of the rotational driving means to the pulley, and includes a static electricity generating device which is arranged away from the test bearing and radiates static electricity to the test device so that it is charged.
