PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently cool an invertor device and a reactor device and to provide configuration having superior total weight balance, in a refrigeration unit for a container including an invertor compressor. SOLUTION: A condenser (31) is disposed at a central section in the vertical direction, of an outdoor storage space (S1) of this refrigeration unit (10) for the container in a state that an air inflow-side space (S11) is formed at a lower part and an air outflow-side space (S12) is formed at an upper part. The compressor (30), the invertor device (82) and the reactor device (83) are disposed at the inflow-side space (S11), and the compressor (30) and the reactor device (83) are respectively disposed at one side and the other side with respect to the center in the width direction, of the outdoor storage space (S1).
