PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker having superior cleaning and handling performances by easily demounting a pan holder from a cooking chamber while keeping smooth sliding movement by a rail means. SOLUTION: This heating cooker includes: the pan 19 capable of being taken in and out in conjunction with a door 18 of the cooking chamber 15; the pan holder 26 opened at one end to hold the pan 19; the rail means 20 constituted of fixed rails 20b and movable rails 20a to take in and out the pan 19; and a connecting member 22 connected between front end sections of the movable rails 20a. The door 18 is detachably connected to the connecting member 22, and an opening end section of the pan holder 26 is detachably inserted and connected to the front end sections of the movable rails 20a on the back side of the connecting member 22.
