PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of being easily manufactured at a low cost and improving cut resistance in two directions of the tire circumferential direction and radial direction without increasing the tire weight by using a reinforcement member capable of utilizing end materials having been disposed previously. SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire includes bead parts 11, side wall parts 12, and a tread part 13 extending between both the side wall parts 12, and includes a carcass 2 reinforcing each of these parts over between bead cores 1, belt layers 3 arranged outside in the tire radial direction of a crown part thereof, and bead fillers 4 arranged outside in the tire radial direction of the bead cores 1. Rubber-steel filament complex layers 5 obtained by embedding steel filaments while being distributed at least in two direction in a rubber layer are disposed outside the carcass 2 at least in a part out of a region from the end of the belt layers 3 to the outer end in the tire radial direction of the bead fillers 4.
