COATING MATERIAL RECOVERY APPARATUS AND BAG STRUCTURED TUBE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating material recovery apparatus capable of reducing time and labor necessary for cleaning and a bag structured tube. SOLUTION: A misty gas containing a mist like coating material is sprayed to a collision wall 14 in a coating material recovery case 11, a drop-like coating material dropped down from the collision wall 14 is stored in a bag structured part TB1 pulled out to the lower side of a tube support sleeve in the bag structured tubes TB inserted into a tube support sleeve. The part of upper side from the level of the coating material having the standard weight which is stored in the bag structured part TB1 is fused to be tightly closed by a heat sealer 37 in each time when the standard weight of the coating material is stored inside the bag structured part TB1 to form a coating material pack in which the coating material is sealed. The coating material pack is cut and separated from the bag structured tube TB by a cutter. Because the liquid coating material is packed in the bag in the sealed state and is discharged each fixed quantity in this way, the time and labor necessary for cleaning the coating material is reduced.
