The device has a cable receiving device including a splitting element for separating and fixing a cable. A pierce contact (4) is fastened in a cylindrical-shaped contact carrier (5) i.e. wall bushing. Contacting of the cables is produced by penetration of the pierce contact into a wire of the cable. A connection contact (2) and the pierce contact are designed as a common element. A connecting nut connects the receiving device and the carrier by screwing. A cable receiving housing includes a sealing element, which simultaneously guides and stress-relieves the cable within the receiving device.
