PURPOSE: A bicycle parking device operation system is provided to calculate location information for location trace and to register registration information of a bicycle through a bicycle recognition unit. CONSTITUTION: A reader reads out bicycle information recorded in a bicycle identification unit(S2). A controller confirms whether the bicycle to be parked is stolen(S3). The bicycle is set up as a locking state by using an automatic locking device(S4). If the bicycle parking is completed, authentication information is transmitted to an email and a mobile terminal. |
