PURPOSE: An apparatus for sorting light emitting elements is provided to cost effectively manufacture the light emitting elements by rapidly implement a sorting process with respect to the light emitting element. CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit includes a plurality of receiving units in which tested light emitting elements are received. A sorting unit(1) arranges tested light emitting elements in the receiving units which are defined by grades. The sorting unit includes a sorting part. The sorting part is composed of transferring units for transferring light emitting elements to be tested and tested light emitting elements.
